Take back control of your money with EchoPay! EchoPay provides you with an account to put you in control of your money and securely manage your settings. Your account is created when you sign up for EchoPay.

There are two ways to view your dashboard:

  1. EchoPay Mobile App2 – Use the mobile app on your smartphone.
  2. EchoPay Website – Use any web browser to log in on the EchoPay website.

Here’s what you’ll find in your dashboard:

  • Account balance – Real-time account balance anytime.
  • Recent transactions – View your transaction history and download monthly statements.
  • Send money to friends and family – No-fee4 money transfers to friends and family when they have an EchoPay Visa® Prepaid Card. Up to $500 per day.
  • Direct deposit info – Provide your account information to your employer or to the government to easily start receiving direct deposit up to 2 days earlier1.
  • Load Center location finder – Use our network of 100,000+ load locations to deposit cash to your EchoPay Visa® Prepaid account.
  • ATM location finder – Use your EchoPay card to withdraw cash at any ATM. Plus, use any Visa+ Alliance Network ATM for $0(4) withdrawals. Easily find the nearest ATM with our mobile app2.
  • Lock your card – Instantly lock or unlock your card at any time with one click.
  • Set PIN – Set or change your PIN anytime.
  • Partner Card – Order a Partner Card.
  • Get Family Cards – Order up to five Family Cards.
  • Pay bills3 – Manage your bills easily with our network of over 64,000 vendors, and view past payments to monitor your spending.
  • Manage alerts – Optional anytime alerts2 notify you when you get paid by direct deposit or when purchases have been made.

The EchoPay Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Use your card everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

Your Prepaid Card account and associated direct deposit account number cannot be used for preauthorized direct debits from merchants or from utility or Internet service providers. If presented for payment, these preauthorized direct debits will be declined and your payment to the merchant or provider will not be processed. The bank routing number and direct deposit account number are for the purpose of initiating direct deposits to your Prepaid Card account only. You are not authorized to provide this bank routing number and direct deposit account number to anyone other than your employer or payer. Direct deposit capability is subject to payer’s support of this feature. Check with your payer to find out when the direct deposit of funds will start. Funds availability is subject to timing of payer’s funding.
Important information for opening a Card account: To help the federal government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA PATRIOT Act requires all financial institutions and their third parties to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card account. What this means for you: When you open a Card account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
Plus Alliance Surcharge-Free ATM Network. See Cardholder Agreement for details upon successful activation and registration of the Card Account, funds on deposit at Pathward, Member FDIC, are insured up to $250,000. Coverage limit is subject to aggregation of all of Cardholder’s funds held on deposit at Pathward. To minimize losses, Visa’s Zero Liability policies require Cardholder to notify Pathward promptly of any loss of the Card or compromise of the Card Account. Other terms apply.
